DOWNLOAD LOCATION CHANGER · FEATURE GUIDE
Convert downloaded images, video and documents locally
Optional local conversion helps prepare downloads for the next editing step. Choose the output family you need, then let the Windows companion process supported files after download.
Image downloads to PNG
Enable image conversion when you need PNG output for an editing workflow. Supported image inputs include formats handled by the installed conversion engine, including AVIF when available. Conversion is more than changing a filename extension. Image support depends on the actual input file and installed component capabilities.
Video downloads to MP4
The optional FFmpeg component handles media conversion locally. Output compatibility depends on the source codec and file contents; an encrypted or damaged file may fail. Conversion can take time and uses CPU, storage and temporary disk space. Test a representative clip before processing a large batch.
Supported documents to PDF
The optional LibreOffice component exports supported office documents to PDF. It is not a universal converter for every document type. Fonts, page layout and source features can affect the exported result, so inspect important PDFs before sharing them.
Install the components you need
The integrated Windows installer includes a Python runtime. Select optional media conversion for FFmpeg and document conversion for LibreOffice. Users do not need to configure a separate system Python installation. Conversion is opt-in and PRO-gated; macOS and Linux companions are not currently available. The account service does not receive downloaded files or destination paths.
